About the foundation

The Ojemba & Sam Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the State of Minnesota. The foundation supports widows, orphans, and families in need in Nigeria through school fees, food support, widow assistance, and medical care.

Use of this site

You may browse this site and share its pages freely. You agree not to use the site to break any law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other users.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts to the foundation, not purchases, and no goods or services are provided in exchange.
• Gifts are applied to the foundation’s programs. Unless a gift is restricted to a specific program by written agreement, the foundation directs it to the area of greatest need.
• Any illustrative figures shown on this site describing what a given amount can provide are indicative, not a guarantee that your particular gift will be spent in that exact way.
• The foundation issues a receipt for each donation. Donations are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law; we cannot give you tax advice, and you should consult your own advisor.
• Recurring gifts continue until you cancel them. You may cancel at any time by writing to us.

Refunds

If you make a donation in error — a duplicate gift, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction — contact us at info@ojembaandsam.org within 30 days and we will review the request and, where appropriate, refund it.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that everything on it is complete or error-free. Content may change without notice.

Photographs and stories

Photographs and accounts of the people we serve are published with permission. They remain the property of the foundation or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Intellectual property

The foundation’s name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to the Ojemba & Sam Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may share and link to our pages; you may not reproduce our materials for commercial purposes without permission.

Links to other sites

This site may link to services and websites we do not control, including our donation platform. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site.
